AL-HIKMAH UNIVERSITY COMMENCES SECONDARY SCHOOLS MENTORING PROGRAMME IN EARNEST

In an effort to enhance national development, the Management of Al-Hikmah University is prepared to begin secondary school mentoring programmes.
The Vice Chancellor, Al-Hikmah University, Prof. Noah Yusuf, stated this while addressing proprietors and representatives of selected secondary schools at the University Senate Chamber on Tuesday, 13th July, 2021. The University don added that the programme would be of benefit to both the teachers and students in their academic pursuit.

  The Deputy Vice Chancellor, Prof. Ganiyu Olalekan Akashoro in his address assured all the secondary school representatives in attendance that the programme would enhance effective global networking of the participating schools.

In her remarks, the Registrar, Dr. Rasheedat Modupe Oladimeji explained that the programme is one of the corporate social responsibilities of the University to its host community. The Registrar, therefore, implored all schools in attendance to study the Memorandum of Understanding carefully before appending their signatures to it.
The Dean, Faculty of Education, Dr. Paul Akinubi added that the programme would breed a symbiotic relationship between the University and the participating secondary schools. He therefore urged all the secondary school representatives to embrace the programme.
