Alh. (Dr.) Abdulraheem Oladimeji, OFR, FNAEAP, fspsp, Jagunmolu and Asiwaju of Igbomina Land, Arogundade of Lagos and Baba Oba of Offa, was today honoured by the authorities of the University of Ilorin with an Award of Excellence, while the University’s Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Lateef Oladimeji, was honoured with the Distinguished Alumni Award of Nigeria’s prestigious Second Generation University, at the colourful event.
The award ceremony formed part of a reception in honour of Professor Emeritus Is-Haq Olanrewaju Oloyede, CON, the immediate past Registrar, Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB).
Three people were given Awards of Excellence, 9 were distinguished alumni awardees, and seventeen were in the UNILORIN Ambassador Award category.
