The Management of Al-Hikmah University, Ilorin has set up a Technical Sub-Committee to review submissions of academic staff for promotions with a view to ensuring that the promotions of the staff are done in line with the global best practices.
The committee comprises of few internal staff and some external members. They are:

- Mr. A. A. Adisa Deputy Registrar, Establishment (Secretary)
The Vice-Chancellor inaugurated the Committee and urged them to put in their best and ensure that equity and justice are displayed in the exercise.
Members assured the Vice-Chancellor that high degree of honesty will be demonstrated in the assignment.
