Al-Hikmah University is the only private University Library amongst the 7 University Libraries in Nigeria to win the ProQuest Award for the ‘Better and Most used’ of its subscribed databases.
The event was the 105th Bi-Annual Conference and AGM of the Association of University Librarians of Nigerian Universities, (AULNU), which took place at the Idris Abdulkadir Auditorium, NUC, Abuja on Wednesday, 25th August, 2021.
The award is in recognition of the effective use of the subscribed ProQuest database and to also encourage the University community and even other University Libraries to engage in better usage of the database. This is the only way to justify the huge investment on subscription to this or other databases.
