Muhummad-Mustapha Sulaiman was born on the 18th January 1978 in Ilorin West Local Government Area of Kwara State.

Muhammad-Mustapha Sulaiman attended Ansarul Islam Primary School Ilorin, he obtained his B.A in Linguistics and LL.B Degree at University of Ilorin. He obtain B.L at Nigerian Law School and LL.M Degree at Obafemi Awolowo University Ife.
