Historical Background

Hope to be a successful Engineer but eventually found myself in the field of Education (teaching and learning) after I rediscovered myself. Very interesting! I served as the Coordinator, Student Industrial Work Experience Scheme (SIWES), Al-Hikmah University during the peak of Covid-19 pandemic 2019-2020. Presently, I am the Acting Director, Institute of Education (IOE), Al-Hikmah University, Ilorin – Nigeria.

Educational History

After completed secondary school education, I obtained Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.), Agricultural Engineering in 1995, from university of Ilorin, Nigeria. Postgraduate diploma in marketing (PGDMkt.) in 1989 from Nigerian Institute of Journalism (NIJ), Ikeja, Lagos. PGDE in 2002 from Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Ondo, and MBA (Marketing) from university of Calabar in 2009. My Master degree in Education (M.Ed.) Educational technology obtained from University of Lagos in 2012. I finally batched my PhD in Educational Technology from University of Ilorin in 2017. I have attended many workshops and conferences relating to my discipline, Educational Technology.
