Born on 30th May 1974 to the family of Saka in Ilorin Kwara State. He started his formal education at Taheed Nusery and Primary School, Ilorin. He also attended Mount Camel College, Ilorin and he proceeded to Uthman Danfodio University Sokoto in 1994. He left for University of Lagos where he obtained his M.Sc. in political Science in 2006. Indeed, Dr. Saka has his Ph.D. from University of KwaZulu-Natal in South Africa in 2020. Therefore, he is currently teaching in the Department of Political Science and Public Administration, Al-Hikmah University, Ilorin.
