Hameedat Bukola Olodo Ph.D., hails from Ile Olu-Ode’s Compound, Ijagbo, in Kwara State. She is a lecturer in the Department of Business Administration, Faculty of Management Sciences, Al-Hikmah University, Ilorin Kwara State. She had B.Sc, M.Sc and Ph.D from the Department of Business Administration, University of Ilorin Kwara State Nigeria. She is presently the Ag. Director, Center for Remedial and Extra-Mural Studies, Al-Hikmah University, the Sub-Dean, Faculty of Management Sciences Al-Hikmah University, Member, faculty Seminar Committee, Member Time Table and Space Allocation Committee and Co-Editor Al-Hikmah Management Review, Department of Business Administration, Al-Hikmah University. She is also a member of Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria and a member of Institute of Strategic Management of Nigeria (ISMN). She has various publications both locally and Internationally. Studying Business Administration with her forte in Marketing especially in consumer buying behaviour has given her solid background and in-depth knowledge in this field thus making it her area of competence asides Strategic and General Management. She has proven excellence in the development of strong rapport with administrators, colleagues, and students. She is an experienced lecturer, inspirational tutor and meticulous examiner with a knack for recognizing and encouraging individual growth. She demonstrates additional knowledge of research and content development. She is happily married with kids finds travelling and cooking as part of her most interesting hobbies
