AL-HIKMAH UNIVERSITY RECORDS HISTORIC PERFORMANCE IN 2025 TIMES HIGHER EDUCATION IMPACT RANKING

Al-Hikmah University, Ilorin, has achieved a major milestone in the 2025 edition of the Times Higher Education (THE) Impact Rankings, emerging as one of the top-performing institutions in Nigeria and the North Central region in addition to its global visibility.

According to the global rankings released via the official website on 18th June, 2025 Al-Hikmah University is now ranked:

2nd in Kwara State, behind Landmark University, Omu-Aran

3rd in the North Central Region, coming after Landmark University and Nasarawa State University, Keffi

15th in Nigeria, among all participating universities nationwide

This remarkable feat reflects the University’s strategic commitment to sustainable development, quality education, and global relevance. Notably, Al-Hikmah University submitted its performance data through the globally recognized Times Higher Education (THE) Impact Rankings framework, which assesses universities against the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
