


The Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Lateef Oladimeji has been receiving visitors from; individuals, different Muslim organisations and educational institutions since assumption of office. Today, the Vice-Chancellor of Kwara State University, KWASU and other principal officers of the school were received at the Senate Chamber in Adeta by, Prof. Oladimeji and members of his management.
Members of the executive of the University of Ilorin Alumni Association, were also received at the same venue by, the management of Al-Hikmah university. They were led by the National President of the association, Prof. Abdulrasaq Kelani.
In his remarks, the association’s president expressed members’ happiness at the appointment of Prof Oladimeji, a prominent member of the association. He prayed for Allah’s guidance as the new CV settles down.
In his response Prof. Oladimeji expressed his gratitude to the visitors, explaining that he has a 10 Points Agenda(Stress Free). In his vote of thanks, the Al-Hikmah University Registrar, Dr. K. A Oladimeji, said the university alumni association has a lot to learn from the University of Ilorin counterpart, noting that a strong alumni association is a dependable Pilar to any university.
