About the Journal
The Al-Hikmah University Journal of Islamic Law (HUJIL) is the law journal of the Department of Islamic Law, Faculty of Law, Al-Hikmah University, Ilorin, Nigeria. The journal is to provide law teachers and Islamic law scholars with the opportunity to publish the outcome of their research in the field of Shari’ah and comparative law.
