This paper explores the imperative need for the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) in student support services within the context of Nigerian universities. By leveraging AI tools in various student-centric services, universities can significantly improve efficiency, accessibility, and overall student experience. The accessibility and responsiveness to be achieved through 24/7 AIpowered support services will mark a significant departure from traditional models, ensuring that students can access assistance at any time. This will not only reflect the adaptability of AI solutions but also addresses the diverse and evolving needs of the student population in Nigerian universities.
