Kazeem was born on 14th February 1971 to the family of Raheem Popoola, attended Baboko Primary School where he proceeded to St. Anthony, Later graduated to Kwara Polytechnic for IJMG in 1986. Later gain admission to Bayero University Kano for his first Degree programme and attended University of Ilorin for his M.Sc. programme. Currently on his Ph.D programme at Kwara State University, Malete
