Abstract

This article aimed the importance of Educational technology as an integrated process based on the application of a structure of sciences and knowledge about human learning and the use of human and non-human learning resources that emphasize the learner's activity and individuality with a systems approach methodology to achieve educational goals and reach more effective learning. The objectives of its application are to link scientific facts together, connect previous knowledge with new knowledge, and play the role of stimuli that urge or stimulate the vocabulary of experience stored in memory, recalling it for new situations and bringing about unwanted changes in the individual's attitudes, teaching the material and ensuring its access to students. The method used by the lecturer in its application is by displaying moving images while watching television and using the computer and other electronic educational means. The application of educational technology requires the lecturer's effort and skill in using the computer and modern electronic educational means.  The researchers use the experimental and descriptive approach.
